Pricing and sessions are structured in the following way:

Four x 1-hour Sessions

Four x 1-hour face-to-face coaching sessions with email support in between. Save £64 by booking 4 sessions in advance rather than paying for each one individually. Sessions can be taken at intervals to suit you.

One x 2-hour Session

A lot can be accomplished in an intensive 2-hour session, particuarly the first one. I have made great breakthroughs with clients in their first 2-hour session.
