Walk 2 Play
Are you an adult who has forgotten how to play?
Do you sometimes take yourself and the world a little too seriously?
Have you forgotten how to be 'present' and live 'in the moment'?
As children we remember that play, laughter and being in the moment come naturally, but somehow as we get older we seem to 'unlearn' these abilities and we find ourselves either worrying about what might or might not happen or dredging over the past. And it's good to have as much fun as possible, isn't it?!
The purpose of this walk is to have Big Fun and learn how to play again, whether that's throwing a Frisbee around, having mock sword-fights, playing hide and seek or racing the dog for his stick; if the idea of good old fashioned energetic outdoor fun appeals to you then you will LOVE this walk.
By the end of the Walk 2 Play you will:
- Be smiling
- Feel happily tired
- Feel like a child again
- Want to come out to play again!
