Many people suffer from the blues occasionally and we can't always put a finger on why. Sometimes we just need a bit of a boost and to take a new perspective on life and whatever may be preventing us from feeling happy and fulfilled.
Walk away the blues is much more than an an uplifting and inspiring walk. Using fun techniques to gently take you to positive and resourceful states the walk will leave you feeling lighter, more energised and uplifted.
Imagine what it would be like to be able to just forget your troubles and blow those clouds away, taking yourself to new states of happiness whilst you walk in a beautiful and inspiring environment. Walk away the blues is designed specifically to help you do just that!

After an energising two hours, you will:
- Feel energised and positive
- Have learnt how to banish those blues at will
- Be smiling - a lot, if not laughing!!!
- Feel refreshed and ready to cope with the week ahead.
