Service Description
A private, exclusive consultation with your coach will help to unlock any issues you may be dealing with and provide opportunities for you to move forward. Sessions can take place in my own studio or I can visit your home, place of work or any other suitable venue. A session lasts for 1 hour and you'll find the time goes very quickly. During the session we'll make notes on the coaching conversation and action points. Your life coaching experience reaches its full effect with ongoing support. Exchanging emails and texts between sessions will help you keep on track with any actions or exercises you may be encouraged to complete independently, while also providing encouragement and support during your journey.
